Leading Multicultural Teams - ONLINE

This course will be taught via video class!

Working in multicultural teams has tremendous potential and equally tremendous challenges. If you are LEADING a multicultural team you are facing even more complex issues. We invite you to look at leadership through the dual lenses of culture and Scripture. What kind of leader does it take to lead a multicultural team well? Which issues can you expect and how can you prepare for them?

Usually offered every year.

This course includes three phases:

Pre-class: starts with class phase.

Class: online (live video/Moodle), 12 weeks with one evening session of 2.5 hours each (Thursday 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.).

Post-class: online (Moodle), all assignments must be submitted 3 weeks after the 12th evening.
